Women in Business Roundtable

The purpose of the Vin. Vitalité Women in the Wine Business Round Table (WWBR) is to foster a collaborative community for Vin. Vitalité members to foster personal development among industry peers. Being in the D.C. area, a hyper career-focused region, WWBR aims to support personal growth by providing members with an environment of empowerment and inspiration.

WWBR is a safe space for open dialogue and discussion, for sharing resources, and for problem-solving commonly faced challenges. Our quarterly virtual round table meetings will provide an opportunity to tackle topics ranging from navigating bias and inequality to sharing strategies for personal growth and how to be your best self as you negotiate your wine career. Whether you're a business owner or manager, work in hospitality or retail, or are looking to start a career in the wine industry you're welcome here.
